Question: How Can I Join the Credit Union?

Answer:

To join Boulder Dam Credit Union just stop by our main office located at 530 Ave G in Boulder City, Nevada. For more information about BDCU membership visit our Membership page.

Question: How Do I Reset My Password?

Answer:

To reset your password, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Password Help link on the Online Banking Login screen.
  2. Enter your Login ID and follow the prompts. 
  3. An email with a temporary password will be sent to your email address on file.  Follow the instructions in the email to confirm your temporary password. 
  4. Set your new Password/Security Code.

Question: I Lost My VISA® Debit/Credit Card. How Do I Get a Replacement?

Answer:

You can report your VISA® Debit or VISA® Credit Card lost or stolen at any time. Just use the phone numbers below.

We can reissue you a new card at the branch at 530 Ave G in Boulder City or we can mail you a new card as well.

Question: Can I Apply for a Loan Online?

Answer:

Yes. Applying for a loan online is easy. Just click the Apply Today button below or anywhere you see it on our site and complete the required forms. We will review your application and get back to you the next business day with the results.

Question: How Do I Order Checks?

Answer:

Ordering new checks is easy. Just log on to Online Banking, click the Order Checks link and follow the instructions. BDCU members get free standard checks.

Don’t have Online Banking access?  You can always call or visit the branch and we will place your check order for you.

Question: Do You Have a Mobile App?

Question: How Do I Transfer Money to Another Bank Account?

Answer:

At BDCU we offer several ways to electronically move your money from your BDCU account to other banks and credit unions.

  1. Use Account-to-Account Transfer in Bill Pay. The BDCU Bill Pay service includes a tool called Account-to-Account Transfer. You just need the routing and transit number and your account number at the other financial institution, and you can begin sending money from your BDCU account to your other bank accounts. And, like just about every other service at BDCU, Account-to-Account transfer is free.
  2. Wire Transfers. You can Wire Transfer money from your BDCU account to other banks and financial institutions. There is a fee associated with Wire Transfers. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for complete details. To send a wire please visit our main office at 530 Ave G in Boulder City.

Question: How Do I Make a Loan Payment?

Answer:

There are several ways to make a loan payment. The easiest way is to transfer the payment from your checking or savings account using Online Banking or Mobile Banking. You can also set up automatic transfers that can move the money for you each month.

Question: Do You Have Direct Deposit?

Answer:

Yes, we have Direct Deposit. We can take your government or business payroll deposits directly into your BDCU account. We can help you get this set up with your company or government account. It generally just takes a couple of forms. The most important information you will need when setting up Direct Deposit is your account number at BDCU and our Routing and Transit Number.
