We are looking for someone with great energy who loves being part of a team! This position requires excellent member service skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to a variety of tasks, and builds great relationships with members and fellow employees.
This person will perform a wide variety of complex duties related to the handling of member transactions and member inquiries. Interface with supervisors to ensure effective operational practices and minimize potential losses. Adhere to all operational procedures. Quality member service is the primary responsibility of this position.
Financial institution experience preferred, and customer service experience required.
